Sales terms are: payment at time of order placement.  We accept most major credit cards (see the shopping section of our website for details).  We reserve the right to change prices and limit quantities at any time.

Return policy: If your order has been damaged in any way please notify us immediately and we will arrange for the return and replacement of the items at no additional cost to you.

Our retail orders are shipped via USPS within 48 hours for the contiguous United States plus Alaska and Hawaii.  However, if you order on the week-end or a Holiday week-end, your order will be filled on Monday or the following day after the holiday. 

Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses that we incur to process, pack, and ship your order and only that.  Our shipping rates may also include special handling and processing charges, especially if you want your order insured or you want it quickly.  You will only be charged what we are charged at USPS for shipping.

All in-stock orders are filled and shipped within 48 hrs of receiving your order.

Coast to coast shipments are generally delivered in (7) seven to (8) eight calendar days.

As soon as your package is shipped we will send an email notification that has a number associated with the package so that you can follow the package until it reaches your door step. 

If your order is not able to ship within 48 hours we will notify you with a revised shipping date. 

If an item is backordered we will notify you by phone or email as to when the item is expected to ship.

Be sure to include your phone number and or email where you can be reached when you order your product.
